Magnum Deasert Eagle
SCALE 1:2
In 1980 – 1982, a group of engineers from Magnum Research Inc. in Minneapolis developed a gas-operated pistol for sport shooting. It got the name of Desert Eagle and went into production in Israel in 1983. The pistol’s firepower soon attracted the interest of the army, and its appearance was praised in Hollywood, where it was used on the set of world-famous blockbusters, including The Matrix, Red Heat, and Terminator 4. The largest-caliber version (12.7 mm) has been in manufacture since 1996.
