Colt Navy Revolver
SCALE 1:2
Similar to its predecessor, the Colt 1851 Navy Revolver, this model was also utilized extensively during the American Civil War and across the Western frontier, although it was produced in much smaller numbers. It shares many of the same features as the earlier model, such as caliber and mechanical design, but it distinguishes itself with a rounded barrel and a slightly altered rammer. Despite its resemblance to the Colt Army Model 1860, some cavalry troops favored the 1861 Navy model for its .36 caliber’s lighter recoil.
